Eurogare is a consultancy specialised in technical studies and in the follow-up and realisation of railway and architectural projects railway terminals and infrastructure, signal boxes, logistic infrastructure centres, workshops, car parks, offices, etc.

Apart from these railway assignments and similar, Eurogare sa is also involved in the development of property belonging to the Belgian Railways situated near railway stations. This is used as a strategic tool to upgrade neighbouring districts.

Eurogare is a subsidiary of the SNCB (Belgian Rail) Holding and the Regional Investment Company of Wallonia (known by the French acronym SRIW).In 2010, it replaced Euro Liège TGV (a subsidiary of the SNCB and the Liège-Guillemins Development Company (known by the French initials SDLG)), which had been created in1993 to study and see through the project for the new Liège-Guillemins train station. EuroLiège TGV had gradually diversified its activities to cover the entire territory of the Walloon Region. Eurogare is the heir to this development. The company is also empowered to develop rail and related projects in the Brussels-Capital Region.
