The Liège-Guillemins station
In a few words...Located at the heart of the city, the Liège-Guillemins station is intended for all railway clients, whether or not they use the high-speed train. Originally a rail project, which ultimately extended to the complete reorganisation and modernisation of the site, it has been enriched by an architectural dimension that makes Liège-Guillemins one of the most beautiful train stations in the world. Monumental and expressive, light and transparent, it welcomes its clientele in spaces of superb quality. Closely connected with urban public transport, it is also linked directly with the nearby motorway network and boasts 800 parking places* in the immediate vicinity of the platforms. Liège-Guillemins, a relay station in the euregional area has, through new lines, got even closer to Brussels, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Cologne or Frankfurt… The station has already emerged as a symbol of the city's renewal and as one of its most prestigious visiting cards. Euro Liège TGV manages this project, the volumetry and aesthetics of which were entrusted to Santiago Calatrava. *more than 500 places currently accessible.
